Overview & Responsibilities: Tony is the founder and CEO of Crosspoint Capital Management. He is the CIO for Crosspoint’s Tactical strategies and head of strategy development. He has extensive experience working with private clients, institutional investors, and financial advisors on how to implement strategies to enhance their risk-adjusted returns. Previous Experience: Prior to starting Crosspoint, Tony was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for ThinkEquity LLC in the Asset Management division. Before ThinkEquity, he worked for the Private Bank at Banc of America Investment Services (BAS) and was a Market Maker/Specialist with Wedbush Morgan Securities. Tony holds FINRA series 7, 24, 55, and 66 licenses and earned a B.S.E. from St. Mary’s College of California. Personal side: Tony is a Bay Area native and currently resides in Orinda, CA with his wife, Brittney and two daughters. As a sports enthusiast, Tony enjoys cheering on his “beloved” Oakland A’s, San Francisco 49ers, & Golden State Warriors. Before becoming the back-yard coach of his daughters, Tony was a high school basketball coach at his alma mater. |

Overview & Responsibilities: Andrew is the Head of Research for Crosspoint. He provides detailed portfolio analysis for all of Crosspoint's strategies & projects, while additionally improving business and operational efficiency throughout the firm. Previous Experience: Prior to starting at Crosspoint, Andrew held positions as an operations specialist at Sanctuary Wealth Services before becoming a capital markets analyst at Goldman Sachs. He has been working in the industry since 2014, and looks to expand his experience in the field for years to come. Andrew holds a FINRA series 65 license and a degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Personal side: Andrew is originally from Orange County, but moved to San Francisco after graduating from Cal. He is an avid skier, frequently traveling to new ski resorts across North America during the winter season. Andrew's favorite sports teams include the Anaheim Angels & Los Angeles Lakers/Rams. Overview & Responsibilities: Michael is responsible for Crosspoint's accounting and tax functions, along with day to day financial operations. Previous Experience: Prior to starting at Crosspoint, Michael held various executive finance & accounting roles with Safeway, Shutterfly, and Valley Fine Foods. In his most recent role, Michael served as the VP/Controller for Jamba Juice. Mike holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis and has his MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago. Personal side: Michael is a Bay Area native and currently resides in Dublin, CA with his wife Molly, and kids Jason & Lucy. Michael spends most of his free time coaching and volunteering with the various sports programs his kids are involved in. He is currently the President of Dublin Little League. |
